This was given to me by a student after I LOVED the cookies she gave me. SUPER easy.
1 cake mix
1 bag chip (chocolate, cherry, p-nut butter, etc)
3 eggs
1/2 c oil
1/2 c nuts optional
Mix together. Will be thick. Drop by teaspoon (I use a cookie scoop that is bigger than t.) Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool, store in an airtight container. These are a thick soft cookie
The original recipes called for chocolate cake and chocolate chips, but I have experimented with different cake flavors and chip. Use whatever flavors you like. I have even used a spice cake with raisins instead of the chips. |
