Ok dr just walked out. I have broken pieces of cartilidge floating around my knee and one possibly two pieces have wedged themselves between my kneecap and the actual joint.
I'm getting two shots and I think he said IN my KNEE. One for pain and one for swelling. I have stay off it for the most part but not stop using it completely and they "should" work their way out. He also recommends I follow up with another dr to discuss other treatment options.
