Default Our suggestions....

If you intend to just use him once, you may be setting yourself up for a great deal of behaviors you do not want.... In our experience with males, if he is used to breed even once, he will always hump and spray even if altered.... If you do choose to use him, it is very important that he is not used for stud until a full DNA / Genetic panel is done to insure you are not passing anomilies into the breed that others are working daily to remove. Recessive genes are generally not apparent on the surface and must be explored at the cellular level. We will introduce males and allow them to begin "observing" the breeding process @ 5 mo, but suggest waiting until the dog is 18mo to 2 yrs old so that full development of color, size, and faults have occured.
