jeesh I'm not a breeder but I think if he was presented with a female who was in season he'd be able to "seal the deal" as Tabatha put it
His toys may not get him there yet but i bet a female would!
Just bare in mind neutering him after he's been bred may not stop the humping or marking behaviour (if he starts that). He'll know what he's missing if you get my drift
