Cavendish's Hermia of Sylvan. My suggestion would be to contact AKC and see if you can get a pedigree for the dog. (I think they are $10) or at the very least, see if they can provide you w/ her birthdate.
Ideally you could contact the vet who has provided the dog's care in the past or the previous owners who had her for a while--if they did in fact have the dog for a while, perhaps they deserve partial credit for her current state.
