Females can be bred in successive heats but it all depends on the mother and how stressful her prior litter was on her and how well she's bounced back from it. No female, in any case, should be bred on more than two successive heats though without a well deserved rest. You can't un-do what's been done but just makes sure she gets gets a high quality diet. I would also have her on a multi-vitamin and lately I've become a big fan of using flaxseed oil as a supplement. It's mostly known as being great for the skin and coat but has many other health benefits and is a very safe supplement.
