If you are up in the night checking on puppies, etc. give her something to eat then too. When in doubt, feed her again. Whatever she will eat. If you are not supplementing her calcium with Pet-Cal or something like it, be sure she gets lots of calcium-rich foods: yogurt, cottage cheese, ice cream. If you don't she can go into a decline very quickly.
