Our girl just whelped her third litter and she previously and now eats 4-5 times a day...She has the whelping pudding 3 times a dayalong with ..I cook chicken or ground beef with rice, carrots and put flax seed in the mix with cottage cheese...She loves ice cream too. SHe tells me when she's hungry..its funny, she will come out of the box, go into the kitchen, spin 2-3 times and bark
I feed her, she pottys and goes back in to nurse...she's predictable!!!! But you might try feeding her a little more often and a little more food, you would be surprised how much they burn nursing. I don't think you could overfeed her. Good luck and congratulations!
