I use to tease Gracie, saying she was part beaver.
She will be 5 months old tomorrow and the wood chewing has slowed down considerably. Not all wood chewing is due to a lack in their diets. Sometimes it's just a texture or boredom thing. Also, as youngsters they are exploring their world, smell and taste are the strongest ones for dogs.
