Default "Golden" Yorkies

How is a full blooded Yorkie "golden"? The dam is golden and the male is tan/black but the puppies are more golden (or really dark brown since they're still really young).

The puppies and parents are registered with AKC but in the standard it says that
Quote:
Disqualifications:
Any solid color or combination of colors other than blue and tan as described above. Any white markings other than a small white spot on the forechest that does not exceed 1 inch at its longest dimension.
That also brings up "parti-colored" Yorkies as well I suppose.

I always thought Yorkies were tan/black tab/blue.
