Pat:
It did say I was suspended on my name the other day in all the fallout but it must have been an error because I was unsuspended without intervention and just a few minutes after the initial occurrence.
I'm in Ruston, Louisiana which is midway between Monroe and Shreveport on Interstate 20 at the northernmost edge of Louisiana's border with Arkansas.
I'm about 250 miles northwest of home (Lafourche Parish - Thibodaux) and am out of harms way. We expect about 30 mph winds here with a 50% chance of rain but the rain will probably be from the trough of low pressure that will be guiding the path of the hurricane.
We have reservations here until Wednesday and then will go to Lafayette for a week if we can't return home for whatever reason (tree down on the house, ripped off roof, flood damage, no electricity, etc.).
Thank goodness for laptops and Internet!!!! I'd be bored out of my mind!!!
Carter and Cooper miss home but are adjusting to our home away from home at the wonderful Choice Inn! lol

Thanks for all the concern!!!
Lisa
