I have my home phone number privacy blocked. I also have Anonymous call rejection, and I have AT&T. If someone calls and has their number blocked, it will give them a recording that they have to reveal their ph # to call. I get that when I call people sometime, and I have to do the same.
Now, I still get calls titled "out of area." That is a big loophole for companies to bypass anonymous call rejection. If you were to use a calling card to call someone, it would come through as out of area, and it can bypass the anonymous call rejection. So solicitors will use similar services to get their calls through. Those are the ones I don't like.
