 haven't had good experience
with Red Roof Inn....
I find Ramada and Holiday Inn to be the best....
One option I've found is to get a boarding facility very near where you are staying (better choice if doesn't have to be Pet-friendly)....you can travel about to see the sights and then go get your baby wheneve your want...
I'll have to do this when attending to fathers estate (500 miles away)...
