Customer service is NOT what it should be
- there's no excuse for being rude. I'd call and talk to a supervisor and tell them what happened when you called - I get those calls all the time and they drive me nuts too. I just delete them - but I know when I'm at work my home phone is ringing at least 5-8 times a day with solicitors - makes me feel bad for the girls having to hear it ring so much - I don't know how to block calls either - but I just downgraded my phone service cause my bill was too high so no more caller ID
