I am so hungry for an okra fix. I love it sauteed. I have never had it deep fried but I am sure I would like that.
Cindy - if you want to get folks to try it, you simply cannot use the description of it sliding and slithering around. That makes it sound like a worm!
Yorkie Luv... I am so jealous that you get to grow so much of it that I'm turning green as the stuff itself. Shelling peas? Don't know how fast I'd be at that but I know I can be pretty fast eating them.
