Their repair guy is super slummy. When we were originally researching the property a simple google search of the address showed us that a convicted child molester/sex offender supposedly lived here. We asked them about that immediately and they recognized the man's name as their contractor
who faked his address to authorities!
We went from owning to renting so it's been a very strange transition.
Thanks for your kind words though. I feel better freeing them. They're too lazy to keep on top of their little project so I'll just intervene until they call me out on it.
