trouble sleeping? Does anyone else wake up at 2am and make a cup of coffee to fall back to sleep. Lately this has been working for me. I heard a report on TV today that you should have 7 1/2 to 8 hours of sleep every night and 60min of deep sleep. Does anyone else have trouble "staying" asleep? I happen to like waking up early when I don't have to work the next day...which I don't now...home recouperating from an accident. But now that I know it is not healthy to this I am trying to break the habit....
Any one else doing this and any suggestions on how to fall back to sleep
without drinking coffee (don't want to eat). lol.
