Yeah wasn't that ironic the man was pushing that diet and he was actually over weight and died of a heart attack.
The atkins doesn't really appeal that much to me becuase of the great quantity of meats...I am not the biggest meat eater. Never have been. I need to get my butt back on the bike and the work out machine in the basement as well.
