Honey, your not dumb. You sound like a very caring and loving Mommy. I promise you, that as she gets older and puts on some weight, you won't have to worry about the Hypo attacks. BUT you do have a few very critical weeks ahead of you. You need to make sure she takes her meds for the parasites. You need to make sure her sugar levels are up and you need to get her to eat. After a few more weeks of being a Nurse, you can just be a Mom.
Have you gotten her to eat anything yet consistently? This is mine concern. And her water intake as well. You probably need to be forcing Pedialite - with a syringe, as much as you can.
