i have a neighbor that is an alcoholic. He constantly talks to himself. his garage is right outside my bedroom window. He gets mad at his wife and starts yelling and carrying on every weekend nite. Also, He talks to himself, not just a little, a LOT. I think the alcohol has definately messed up his brain. Bad neighbors stink!!!!
