I used to think throwing up a few times wasn't a huge deal because it happens... In January Ellie threw up 8 times in one day. I pulled food and let it go. It ended up being fine but she should've gone to the vet because about a week later during an unrelated ultrasound the specialist saw a problem with her pancreas (pancreatitis). I am definately not saying that your dog has this and I am not saying that I would take her to the vet (or that I would not). I just don't want someone to read this and think that they don't need to go to the vet with a vomiting dog. Ellie's lasted less than 24 hours and it still could've been very serious.
