[joy and bella]

i have VPI pet insurance and they have been pretty good with claims. but they have always been smaller, like around 100. and the plan i have says i am supposed to be reimbersed 90%! well when bella got sick back in march her bills totaled 1300. i sent the claim in and they sent me back under 300 dollars!! i am furious!!! i cant believe they did that! everything was a legititmate charge, and i feel so angry for be taken advantage of. does anyone have a pet insurance that actually does what they say they will do???
