It may be in the wrong file type, sometimes I set my camera to take TIFF pictures, and these have to be changed to a different file type before uploading. These are the different file types that YT will take: gif, jpeg, jpg, and png, none can be larger than 200.0 KB. You camera probably came with some software that allows you to change file types. Jpeg is the best and most efficient.
