Watching the weather channel most of the day on hurricane Katrina's progress I have found myself becoming stressed to say the least. I found myself anxious and not able to sit still much today with smoking heavier than normal.
How do you deal with stress in your life? Do you sleep and hide?, Take part in physical activity, drink mass quantities of alcohol (LOL), take a long drive somewhere, etc.
I honestly might do all the above mentioned, LOL.
