If your little puppy is 9 weeks old, and you have had her for a few weeks already, then I would think she was way too young to have had shots. Those should never be given before 12 to 16 weeks of age. I would be willing to bet your baby is suffering from the shots, and to add to that she has been given even more medications. It's a miracle she hasn't died already. I would find a specialist, and get yourself a sling to carry her in.
I had a little foster girl that came to me half dead from so many shots and medications. The first thing my Vet. did was to take her off of all medications and try and get her healthy. It took months to get her back to normal. I home cooked for her and thru trial and error, I came up with all the foods she could and couldn't eat. She is now a very happy healthy and spoiled only child living in Newark, DE.
