Lynn I have the plain Cotton Rope chew bones like...They love them and our Vet said it was okay for them as the strings was so small on the ends of the ties that it wouldn't get wrapped around their organs....I have some of the cheep Wal-mart toys too but fear they will eat them and it hurt them. Could it hurt them if I wasn't in the room with them and come back in a noticed say a ear tore off of a squeeky toy?? I just worry so much about it. Thanks so much and Hugs Lee
