Toby will chase anything that moves as well from squirrels(which thank goodness he has never caught) to golfers on the golf course. It is really funny to watch this 7 pound haul butt, barking his head off at these golfers, only to turn around at the last minute and haul butt back into his yard. It's like, ok, I told them off and now I'm done!
Don't really know what to say except that in the classes I have Toby in, they are using he "leave it" technique where you train them on command to not touch whatever it is they are going after or have in their mouth. Maybe trying that with correction and reward would help.
