How many times has she thrown up (approximately)?
Gatorade or Powerade can replace Pedialyte (as long as they don't have artificial sweeteners) but whatever you give, don't give much unless she stops throwing up. If she is still throwing up you may need to go to the er.
This is a hard call because if it's pancreatitis nothing should be given by mouth (not sure about water). Instead, it should be given by IV.
