It sounds like you need a new groomer, or you could learn to do it yourself?
The pads on the feed should be shaved close, and there should be no hair growing out from between the pads. The hair between the eyes should never be clipped, but once it is, it needs to be done abotu every 3-4 weeks so it does not poke them in the eyes. It is just a very slight trim, not down the nose like some groomers do it.
