The failure to urinate could be dehydration, or she could be so stressed she is holding it. My little girl (4 lbs) took a trip with me and only peed 3 times in 3 days. She was just fine, and drank water, but held it for some reason.
Check her gums. If they are a nice pink color, she isn't dehydrated. Is she eating okay? Is she peeing on pee pads? If so, what color is the pee?
