Thank you both so much for replying!! you dont understand how much it means to have your support! they didnt actually flush her out....just force her to throw up (is that what you meant?)
honestly....i am the first person to leave her at the vet and pay anything! i just paid 1500 in march bc she ate a flower that was poisonous. but i just didnt see what the vet could do that i couldnt, or that was worth it? it was just the iv. and they wanted 600. i still ended up paying 180, but thats better than 600. she seems fine, just a little uncomfortable, NOTHING like when she has toxic poisoning from the flower.
i guess i just have to watch for low blood sugar signs! make sure she doesnt have a hypoglycemic attack.
on monday i will take her to have a blood test to get her liver checked. i guess too much of this toxic substance can affect the liver...but the vet couldnt do anything to prevent that.
ahhh sorry i am babbling on and on...i just love her so much and am scared.
