Easiest cookie ever:
1 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Beat all together until well mixed. Drop by spoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press top with fork and bake at 350 until lightly browned on top.
DELICIOUS! I can't keep 'em on hand when I make 'em!
