I have a 8 month old yorkie and when she was younger, I also saw that she made a wee while sleeping. Somebody told me that maybe she was so tired after playing and did not wee before sleeping. That only happened about 5 times and at then it just stopped. So maybe she so fast asleep that she did not go to wee? Hope your problem solve itself.
