I take Scooter to Brykerwood Vet on 35th street (near Camp Mabry). It is kind of far from you but I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. There are 6 or 7 vets in the practice and they have extended hours. I have had some issues with my Yorkie (like a big fall down a stair case and ingesting some things that aren't supposed to be eaten) on top of normal stuff. They are beyond professional. You can make an appointment or walk in.

I started going there because several co-workers take their dogs there.
