Looks for sure like she's pregnant!!! Five weeks would be a little more than half-way thru wouldn't it? They don't usually start getting larger until the last few weeks. It might be too late for the vet to do a "feel" of her abdomen and give you a count. After the first few weeks they go up under the rib cage (at least that's what the vet says) and then you can't tell except by xray or waiting until they're born. Congratulations and best of luck! |
