If you check into things and nothing "fishy" shows up, then you have a decision to make. Can you go into this with your eyes wide open realizing that expensive health issues may come up and will you be able to deal with it emotionally and cost wise? When I adopted my Pommie at 3 mo. I knew that there was a good chance that health issues would come up. After all, it was obvious that he didn't have a good background. And, yes, he does have health issues. Has allergies to wheat, corn, and eggs. Has LP in both back knees and needs surgery this summer. I am just glad that I have him to take care of. I know he is in GOOD hands.
