Wednesday, he will be in her county and he is sending uniformed officers over to her house to check out the condition...(apparently in Wilson county, you have to call the police for animal cruelty allegations).. Anyways, atleast my husband will be there in uniform so the other officers will take the situation more seriously and we can get some results.. According to their laws in her county, if the officers see fit that the animals are being treated cruel, then they can authorize the Humane Association to come and seize the animals.. |
Fraud is a deception made for personal gain. The personal gain would be the money that she got out of paying because she lied. What happened between you and your insurance company is a different matter; you didn't lie to them, as far as you say here. Does your husband the police officer know you advise people to lie to their credit card companies? By the way, I do think it's rude for you to call me "honey". I'm not attacking you, I'm just warning people that they could be criminally as well as civil prosecuted for doing this.
