Do you have a Veterinary College by you? I would try them. We have a GREAT vet school here at UC Davis. Maybe your vet could send some blood samples to them and try and figure out wht is going on. My Buttons used to scratch and scratch, our vet changes his food to a hypoalergenic one and he's much better.
