i hardly ever ever have to do it.. sometimes he just goes back to his bad behavior that he had when we got him. We had to break teddy of A LOT of things and saying no and ignoring did not work at all he only got worse so we smacked his snout.. not hard he's never cried but after that he learned and he's a very good dog. When i say no he listens 99.8% of the time. SO I hardly ever have to do it now. Which makes me feel better.
