I am so sorry for your loss. What a very sad thing to experience.
Going in for surgery and not coming out. You see this from time
to time on YT and it's always heartbreaking.
Welcome to YT. I am sure you will find comfort here. There are
other's who have gone threw just this and I hope they see
this thread so they can offer their way of coping to you.
