I don't know if you've had time to read through our sick and injured section here on YT, but $200 is a drop in the bucket compared to the vet bills you will most likely have to deal with if this is a puppy mill. At the very least you will need to be concerned about kennel cough, ear mites, fleas, ticks, digestive issues (from very low quality food), a lack of socialization...and on and on.
I really hate to give people bad news like this, but you need to know now so you can get back as much as possible.
A good place to look for reputable breeders are from your local YTCA. You can even write or email them for a list of members. You can also find many reputable breeders here on YT, but ask for references and check the number of posts and length of membership.
