You know, the funny thing is, it actually crossed my mind to do that b/c I thought "how sad, the cute part is on the front and nobody will be able to see it; I should put it on so the cute part is on the back".....and then I guess I just figured the way the top part was cut I should put it on the way you put it on human babies, LOL. It's sort of "low cut" in the front now, but it really DOES fit much better around the butt and now the cute part can be visible

and you don't have to cut it or anything.
The only thing I'd caution is for boys to make sure it's not too tight in the back end where the little "hangy thing" is, or the incision/sutures are, but with it turned this way, there's a little more room in the front than if you put it on the way it was intended.
Isn't it amazing what we learn here, LOL?
