[kobes mama]

I read about how everyone brushes their yorkie's teeth like everyday. I just got my Kobe, he's 9 weeks old. He's also my very first pet ever, so I'm learning along the way.
Anyway, he's very energetic and inhis puppy stage, so he bites everything includng my fingers and toes.
Should I be brushing his teeth everyday? If so, any recommendations on how I can do this without getting bitten. I've tried the putting him on his back, holding his mouth shut and even yelping like a dog. Nothing works! It just doesn't phase him.
I also have the same problem trying to clean out the corners of his eyes. Any recommendations there. He runs from me when I come at him with a comb, brush or even a wipe.
