My plan was to take him anyways as he has not seen his mom and dad since we got him and they are only 2 hours or so away. Gas prices have pretty much kept us from seeing them, however, I really do want to go. I think she has one that was born in May, however I think that will be to young for him. He met a 8 week old at PetsMart and the puppy was still very much into the sleep stage and not active at that time. I was also concerned that he might hurt it as they were considerable different in size.
