Finding a reputable yorkie breeder is definitely a challenge! I looked around quite a bit on the East coast, and ended up finding both of my puppies from breeders posted on
Yorkshire Terrier Club of America. The organization requires breeders to follow certain ethical guidlines (i.e., keeping the pups until they are 12 weeks) in order to be posted on the site. Good luck!
