Way to go! It does get better, the first 3 days are the worst while your body detoxes from the nicotine. Then the mental part takes over. Think of it like this. Week one is He-- week. Week two is Heck week. Week 3 is just feeling like sh-- week. Then things really start to get better. Hang in there. Each day you don't smoke is one less day you will have to face either going through withdrawal or worse yet being under the control of the nicodemon. Drink lots of ice water, suck in/on cinnamon sticks and take lots of walks. If you are having a really tough time, join an online support group. Good luck!
