Sounds like he or she is getting back at Daddy for taking Mommy away on vacation, lol. On a serious note, if you've taken him or her to the vet and there's nothing medically wrong, then I'd say it's a behavior issue. Maybe the lil ones marking their territory? Either way, I wouldn't let him or her on the bed unless you can keep an eye on them. Maggy did this a few times and I got to the point where I wouldn't let her on the bed till she went potty on her puppy pad. She caught on realy quick and now goes right to her puppy pad and goes potty when I take her out of her kennel and then runs to the bed to get up there and play, play, play.
