Unhappy Jealosy, Agression, and Territorial Behaviors

I have two yorkshire terriers...mother and son. The mom is affectionate and presents very little as it relates to behavioral issues. My male (3 years old) is very jealous and competitive when I pet his mom....even though I try to give him just as much affection and quality time by himself.

He is also quite territorial of me. Although he has never bitten me, he charges, growls and bites at anyone that comes near me when walking him. This includes men, women, children... He has no respect of person. He is also aggressive towards his MOM when I show her attention.

I am hesitant about having company over because of his aggressive behavior. I have tried water bottle, loud noises, stern talking...all of which work temporarily at best. Any suggestions as to how to handle his aggression, jealosy, and territorial behavior?
