I mean do you have a problem with getting your dog to come when you call him? That's usually the first trick I teach, and one of the easiest. I'm not against different training methods, but I just don't see the logic with this one. Maybe it's meant for animals who are having a problem with aggression, and that's why there is emphasis on eye contact.
