Before Logan was neutered Tuesday, he would pee multiple times when we took our walks. I am guessing this was marking. Even though he is now neutered, he is still peeing multiple times when we go outside to potty. He is 10 months old. Does this sound like he's marking because it's a learned behavior? And if so, how do I now stop it?
